Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot building systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Coordinate work orders and preventive maintenance across the property.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms for issues.
• Lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
