Ideal candidates bring HVAC expertise, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills to ensure safety and smooth operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• 3–5 years hotel, institutional HVAC systems experience.
• HVAC refrigeration certification or journeyman experience.
• 2–3 years of previous management or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency and preventative maintenance systems.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in supervising the engineering team under the Director of Engineering.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable stay for guests.
