Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of major building systems including life-safety systems.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictate.
• Respond to guest and team member inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Respond to emergency situations according to standards and guidelines.
