Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating preventative maintenance, managing energy usage and budgets, and responding swiftly to guest requests and emergencies to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the charge in keeping property systems running smoothly through maintenance and repairs.
• Inspire, train, schedule, and ensure safety and compliance among engineering staff.
• Implement and manage the Preventative Maintenance program to meet brand standards.
• Monitor energy usage and spending, enforce budgets, and pursue cost-saving improvements.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies with prompt, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and ensuring guest bliss while controlling costs.
• Inspire, train, and schedule engineering crew; promote workplace safety via inspections and drills.
• Implement Preventative Maintenance to keep rooms and public areas spotless and compliant with standards.
• Manage energy, budgets, purchasing decisions for greener, leaner operation.
• Serve as go-to problem solver for guestroom requests and emergencies.
