Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel or building management experience, typically with Hyatt.
• Hotel pre-opening experience preferred.

• 6+ years in a senior facility management role.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communications.
• English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate revisions with vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate requisition of supplies for construction projects.
• Open properties by aligning with owners and design professionals.
• Explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Plan and direct maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Prepare budgets and cost-tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with building code officials and community design committees.
• Manage utility systems and equipment purchasing.
