Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience in a hotel or related field.
• Stationary Engineer's license if required by local code.
• Ability to manage heavy physical work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all Engineering & Security staff.
• Develop and maintain the department’s annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
• Lead and participate in the Highgate Hotel Safety Committee.
• Create and implement a preventative maintenance program.
