Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Engineering staff in customer service and SOPs.
• Create and post staff schedules; manage departmental budget.
• Develop forecasts and participate in monthly P&L reviews.
• Maintain property, equipment, and systems; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead preventive maintenance and life-safety inspections.
• Ensure ADA compliance and vendor contract administration.
