Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, budgeting, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with departments on project work and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience in a hotel or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to lead and train engineering staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Engineering staff per standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules and annual department budget.
• Develop preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and ADA.
• Oversee vendor contracts and safety programs.
