Job summary

Remington Hotels Frisco is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to oversee hotel facilities and ensure operations meet standards. You will manage maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems, conduct walk-throughs, and maintain preventive maintenance records.

You will hire, train, and supervise the maintenance team, collaborate with the General Manager and hotel leadership, and enforce safety policies, while adapting to varying schedules to deliver a great guest

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience in hotel/building environments.
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams, blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of hotel systems and facilities.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and assess maintenance and operation needs.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; supervise associates and managers.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA HazCom compliance across the property.
