Job summary

Premierpm is seeking a Hotel Engineering Leader in Frisco, TX to ensure the property stays in top condition and operations run smoothly. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and general building maintenance while coordinating with hotel leadership to uphold guest experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing a maintenance team, running preventive programs, and enforcing safety policies.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building construction experience required.
• Vocational training, an associate's degree, or relevant certification/apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; flexible to varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel is maintained to meet operational standards for Engineering.
• Conduct walkthroughs and assess maintenance of structure, systems and equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance for rooms and public areas with up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members including managers.
• Maintain grounds to provide a great guest arrival experience.
• Implement safety and emergency policies per OSHA HazCom and lifting procedures.
