Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead our Frisco property’s maintenance and engineering operations. You will ensure all equipment runs smoothly, supervise the engineering team, and uphold safety and quality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

This full-time on-site role requires strong problem-solving, budgeting awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping operations cost-efficient.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hotel/related experience or 2-year degree with 3+ years or 4-year degree with 2+ years
• Supervisory experience required
• Certifications for HVAC, pool, electrical as applicable
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rooms and public spaces to standards
• Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team
• Conduct fire safety inspections and drills
• Respond to maintenance requests to boost guest service
• Patrol premises and manage lost and found
• Represent the company with sound judgment in secure areas
