Texas Hotel Management is seeking a dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities to the highest standards of safety and functionality.

The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. High school diploma required; 1–3 years in hotel maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building engineering experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests with prompt issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical problems.
• Assist with general carpentry, painting, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order and report major repairs to the Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering.
