Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel is in great working order and meets operational standards.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance of hotel structures and systems.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance Program for rooms and public areas and keep records updated.
• Collaborate with hotel management team and General Manager.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and counsel associates and managers.
