Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee all hotel maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure the physical condition of the property, uphold labor and quality standards, and support a positive work environment that delivers guest service excellence.

The role requires a high level of specialized expertise across maintenance domains and strong collaboration with property leadership to manage budgets and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team members and staffing decisions.
• Performs and assigns preventative maintenance for equipment, guestrooms, and facilities.
• Repairs mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Coordinates maintenance projects and manages outside contractors.
• Maintains knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pools, and elevators.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and security standards.
