Job summary

JL Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering/Maintenance department of a hotel, ensuring safe, efficient operations of building systems and guestrooms. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost control while prioritizing guest safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of an Engineering/Maintenance team in a hotel or similar facility.
Strong preventive maintenance planning and execution.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of Engineering/Maintenance department.
Maintain safety, condition, and appearance of hotel facilities and systems.
Respond to work orders and guest/department requests promptly and safely.
