Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to look after a hotel as if it were their own. You’ll plan, direct, and follow up on projects to prevent future breakdowns, manage tools and chemicals safely, and ensure efficient operations across guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

You’ll oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other trades, work with department heads on needs, and lead the maintenance team in a fast-paced, on-site environment with on-call

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, roofing and landscaping.
• Ability to work in a high-paced hotel environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Lead, manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitation.
• Communicate with hotel department heads to become aware of maintenance needs and ensure timely response to internal requests.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead all maintenance staff.
