You will supervise the engineering team, coordinate with vendors, and monitor energy use while complying with local regulations. Strong leadership, PM planning, and budget oversight are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with building systems maintenance, including HVAC and electrical.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and life safety systems.
• Ability to lead engineering staff and coordinate schedules.
• Experience working with vendors and managing projects.
