Hilton in Raleigh, NC 27612 seeks a Chief Engineer to manage the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FF&E, and information systems. You will lead preventive maintenance programs and coordinate safety and inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, strong communication with guests and team members, and the ability to schedule and supervise contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read & write in English, communicate with guests tactfully.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Maintain filing systems for inspections, including MSDS and compliance actions.
• Ensure safety protocols in accordance with NC OSHA.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Assist engineering staff in projects and provide necessary tools.
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion across departments.
