Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance team and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will manage preventive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, while coordinating with GMs and supervising contractors. Travel about 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading maintenance teams
• Customer service orientation and guest focus
• Proficient with hand tools and general maintenance duties
• Strong time management to meet deadlines
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service
• Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed
• Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the CMMS (QUORE)
• Perform tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
• Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors
• Respond to emergency situations promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Complete other duties as assigned
