Flynn Hospitality is hiring a Chief Facility Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance operations at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites. If you’re hands-on, solutions-driven, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.

This role focuses on supervising a maintenance team, ensuring safety, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems to brand standards. On-call rotations and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel facility maintenance required.
• Supervisory experience leading teams required.
• Proven skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Ability to train staff and enforce safety standards.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team on repairs, and maintenance
• Prioritize and assign daily work orders, guest service requests, and safety checks
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Assist and step in for the Director of Engineering when needed
• Ensure all equipment, systems, and procedures comply with hotel and brand standards
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations as required
