Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Chief Engineer to direct all engineering operations, energy management, asset protection, and preventive maintenance to support hotel performance. You will lead the engineering team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across local and national codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the General Manager, ensuring quality service, and driving safety and incident reporting while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Substantial track record in profitable Engineering management.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering and align with brand standards.
• Lead the Engineering staff, budgeting and asset protection.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to protect assets.
