You will assist in preventative maintenance, procurement, scheduling, and coordinating the engineering staff, while maintaining logs and responding to guest requests.

Qualifikationen

• Technical/specialized training required.
• Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work based on business levels and occupancy levels.
• May be required to work long hours in a high paced environment with urgency.
• Must be organized and manage time as multiple tasks start simultaneously.
• Must follow directions and think on their feet.
• Must interact and communicate with hotel guests.
• Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC knowledge required.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director/Assistant Director/Engineering Manager in preventative maintenance and scheduling, with logkeeping and project assignment.
• Assist in procurement of supplies and issuance of purchase orders.
• Review work orders and assign work by priorities.
• Maintain inventories of heat, light & power and repair supplies.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate Engineering staff on shift and in absence of leadership.
• Understand Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.
• Be familiar with Omni's Systems and Services procedures.
