Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, coach, and support maintenance staff.
• Maintain the hotel R&M budget.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Oversee bids, quotes, and contracts for vendors.
• Oversee small projects and report on work progress.
• Test and repair life safety systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis and document PMs.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership.
