Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion via work order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance for rooms and public spaces on schedule.
• Observe safety codes and report emergencies to supervision and GM.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start and end; note and complete needs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and tools.
