Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budget, capital expenditures, and cost controls.
• Oversee maintenance programs, contracts, and compliance with codes.
• Direct all Emergency Programs and ensure safety of assets, guests, and employees.
• Lead energy conservation initiatives to reduce expenses.
• Coordinate renovation projects and contractor oversight.
