• Experience supervising hotel/resort maintenance operations.

• Oversee preventative maintenance for guestrooms, public areas and safety systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
• Oversee building mechanical systems, including building automation and energy management.
• Monitor fire alarm and evacuation procedures; ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage capital projects and control parts and supplies inventory.
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and service levels; mentor engineering staff.
