Sage Hospitality Group in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee the engineering division for Indigo Raleigh. You will develop and implement emergency programs, manage the budget, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards to protect guests and associates.

You will lead a team, supervise maintenance, plan capital expenditures, and coordinate vendor contracts while driving energy conservation and high service levels across the property.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering and hotel operations.
• Ability to integrate engineering data with hotel management needs.
• Experience managing budgets and capital expenditures.
• Strong leadership and communication to supervise the team.
• Proficient in safety, codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the engineering division's daily operations and long-term planning.
