Extell Hospitality Services in New York City is seeking an Engineer to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and building systems. This line-level role focuses on day-to-day tasks and preventive maintenance in guest rooms as directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Engineering.

The Engineer is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and building systems. This position is a line‑level role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance needs and requests, as well as performing preventive maintenance in guest rooms as directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Engineering. The Engineer will work collaboratively to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for guests and staff.
Prior experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment, is a plus. HVAC License and Local Fire Safety Director (LFSD) certificate are preferred.
