Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure outlets have necessary items to open shifts and proper racks for dirty dishes.
• Address spills and hazards promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Sanitation of kitchens and food prep areas, including equipment and floors.
• Remove and dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
