The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud Costa Mesa is seeking experienced Stewards to maintain daily cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, locker room, restrooms, public areas and surrounding spaces. You will operate the dishwashing machine and handle all soiled dishware to uphold health standards.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Steward, you will follow safety labels, communicate clearly with teammates and managers, and assist neighboring stations to balance workloads during shifts.

Qualificações

• Must read directions and warning labels on cleaning supplies.
• Active practice of food safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, locker room and restrooms.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and clean all wares and utensils.
