Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a dependable Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. You will ensure dishes, glassware, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service, working closely with culinary and banquet teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role supports a dynamic hospitality environment at a premium resort, with opportunities to grow and contribute to guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and provide internal/external customer service.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware to high hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning when needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access and smooth operations.
• Maintain spotless kitchen floors, walls, counters, and equipment.
• Support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams with organized equipment and supplies.
• Deliver clean plates and utensils to kitchen or service areas promptly.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste according to hotel standards.
