• Responsible for sanitation of all kitchens and food prep areas.
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow chemical safety standards.
• Carries out supervisor requests per hotel policies and SOPs.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards and safety standards.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
