You will mentor senior leadership, manage multi-project initiatives, negotiate with vendors, and partner across functions to elevate service delivery and support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience with 2+ years in a director role.
• Experience with Full Service Hotels.
• Proven senior operations management track record.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities
