Job summary

CN Hotels in North Carolina seeks a motivated Hotel Development & Renovation Coordinator to support new hotel construction, renovations, conversions, and capital projects. You will work with our development, operations, procurement, and construction teams while gaining hands-on experience throughout the hotel development process.

This role focuses on coordinating renovations and openings, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring smooth collaboration with contractors and hotel teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, hotel operations, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Basic understanding of construction plans and timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel renovation and new construction projects.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, and hotel teams.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, deliveries, and outstanding items.
• Assist with ordering and coordinating FF&E, OS&E, materials, and equipment.
• Help organize project documents, plans, budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project close-outs.
• Coordinate renovations to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Maintain project photos, updates, schedules, and status reports.
• Assist with openings and renovation transitions.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
