Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Renovation Manager for Conversions Essentials and Suites to lead hotel renovation and conversion projects from assessment through completion, ensuring compliance with brand standards, life safety, ADA and franchise requirements.

You will work with owners, design professionals, contractors and internal teams to drive progress, resolve field issues and support openings and relicensing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate project management experience from conception through implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and senior management.
• Knowledge of brand standards, life safety requirements and ADA compliance.
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead PIP renovation and conversion projects, ensuring conformance with brand standards and codes.
• Coordinate with owners, design professionals, contractors and internal teams to drive project progress.
• Manage travel budget and reconcile expenses monthly.
• Provide design solutions and document complex PIP scopes for license agreements.
• Monitor milestones and communicate progress to NHOP, Plan Review, Quality and HPS teams.
