Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Development Manager to drive new asset development and ensure quality and efficiency from due diligence through opening.

You will work with the VP of Design and Construction and collaborate with finance, asset management, F&B, and hotel operations teams. The role focuses on budgeting, entitlements, design development, and managing general contractors and vendors for multiple projects, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach under our ONE TEAM.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality development projects, including renovations and new construction.
• Excellent Excel/Word skills and ability to build, read, and present budgets and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, English grammar mastery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence and entitlements on new developments and forecasting costs.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor development team members; maintain relationships with brand managers and community partners.
• Prepare financial/investor reports and ensure accurate project closeout and openings.
