HHM Hotels seeks a Project Manager for Hospitality Renovation to oversee upscale hotel renovations on the East Coast from concept to turnover, ensuring delivery on time and on budget in line with brand standards.

This Philadelphia-based role requires strong site leadership, coordination with designers, procurement, and ownership, plus regular updates to senior leadership on schedules, costs, and quality. Travel along the East Coast will be needed to monitor progress and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication with designers, owners, and contractors.
• Proficiency with Excel, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through turnover.
• Direct daily site oversight including meetings and schedule monitoring.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure feasibility and cost alignment.
