Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a kitchen cook to prepare food items for hotel outlets in a high-volume environment. You will follow standardized recipes and maintain strict sanitation and safety standards while ensuring quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities include setting up mise en place, operating large-volume equipment, and assisting with guest inquiries as needed. A high school diploma and Food Handlers certification are required, with at least two years of cooking experience

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably high-volume.
• Food Handlers certification required.
• Must speak, read, write English.
• Strong leadership and customer-relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items for hotel outlets following standardized recipes and quality checks.
• Set up station with mise en place for all functions.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, griddles).
