Job summary

The Cook I role at Zachry Hotels is an entry-level opportunity in a full-service hotel kitchen. You will assist with basic food preparation, prep work, sanitation, and supporting line cooks and chefs in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow standardized recipes, help with station setup, maintain cleanliness, and participate in training as needed. A High School Diploma is required; prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking skills with interest in developing professional culinary abilities.
• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and prep lists accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
