Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Culinary experience required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of menus and hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Prepare and stage menu items for service.
• Prepare buffet items according to hotel standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of foods.
• Prepare foods for Banquets and Employee Cafeteria as needed.
• Follow hotel standard recipes and assist other kitchen positions.
