Highgate Hotels is seeking a Cook to prepare all food items for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and cost control while following standardized recipes.

Responsibilities include buffet prep, station setup, and assisting in various kitchen roles. Requires culinary experience, flexibility, and the ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Culinary experience is required.
• Flexible schedule with long hours may be needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long shifts.
• Knowledge of menus and hotel standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Prepare and display buffet items according to standards.
• Assist in food preparation for Restaurant, Room Service, and Banquets.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and follow production charts.
• Support any kitchen position as needed.
