Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and efficient preparation of all foods, meeting quality and quantity standards
• Maintain accurate inventory of all items
• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide
• Maintain sanitation and hotel health requirements
• Minimize waste and control food costs
• Complete daily assignments in a timely manner
• Must be able to work flexible shifts
• Must have Food Handler’s license
