Job summary

The Las Vegas Hilton Garden Inn is hiring a part-time Cook to join our hotel kitchen in Las Vegas, NV. You will prepare food orders, follow recipes, and help coordinate kitchen activities to ensure timely service. Afternoon/evening availability is preferred.

Candidates should have 0–1+ year of cooking and customer service experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Alcohol certification eligibility is a plus.

• Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food orders and coordinates kitchen activities.
• Cooks food according to recipes and menu.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stock at end of shift.
• Receives and inspects food and supplies for quality and quantity.
• Directs personnel assisting in preparation and serving of meals.
