You ensure proper preparation, maintain inventory, follow recipes, and uphold sanitation standards to meet quality targets. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Cook

• Ensure the proper and efficient preparation of all foods, ensuring that quality and quantity standards are met
• Maintain accurate inventory of all items
• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
• Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
• Must be able to work flexible shifts
• Must have Food Handler’s license
