Qualifications

• Culinary experience required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Knowledge of menus and preparation.
• Proficiency in cooking techniques like charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sauté, braising, roasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Prepare and pre–cook items before opening to serve guests promptly.
• Prepare buffet items according to hotel standards.
• Ensure safe handling and sanitation of all foods.
