Job summary

Milford Hospitality Group Inc is seeking a Guest Concierge to ensure smooth operation of Guest Services and outstanding guest satisfaction at the front desk. You will greet guests, assign rooms, process payments, and support guest requests in coordination with hotel operations.

You will also oversee breakfast, assist with amenities and room blocks, monitor daily room cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a room reservation system.
• Understanding of the hotel room reservation process (check-in/check-out).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Assign rooms.
• Process payments.
• Accommodate guest requests.
• Oversee breakfast preparations.
• Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, etc.
