Job summary

Milford Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Concierge to ensure smooth Guest Services operations and high guest satisfaction at our Milford, PA property. The role focuses on reservations, check-in/check-out, greeting guests, and acting as a hotel ambassador.

You will support guests with room assignments, processing payments, and fulfilling requests while collaborating with the Director of Hotel Operations on amenities, blocks, and rate adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of a room reservation system
• Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
• Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
• Hotel ambassador- share property knowledge
• Assigning rooms
• Processing payments
• Accommodating guest requests
• Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, etc.
• Check rooms daily to ensure proper cleanliness
• Oversee breakfast preparations
