Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the hotel with administrative tasks and drive revenue by acquiring new clients. You will bridge the hotel and sales teams to ensure clear communication, develop plans with the Cluster Sales team, and manage events from setup to billing.

You will qualify leads, coordinate site visits and tours, create proposals, and handle reservations and guest requests. Strong organization and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting hotel sales teams or events is preferred.
• Ability to qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining the business/marketing plan with the Cluster Sales team.
• Qualify leads and prospects from tele-prospecting, cold calls, sales blitzes, and other lead sources
• Establish and maintain contact with top accounts via calls, meetings, and events
• Coordinate client and guest events and sales activities with the team
• Set up venue, furniture, and catering arrangements for events on property
• Prepare final bills and code invoices for events for approval and billing
• Handle guest reservations and special requests from clients
• Create proposals, contracts, and BEOs; manage communications with hotel teams
• Build rooming lists in PMS and adjust sleeping rooms as approved
• Attend sales meetings and prepare revenue call agendas
