Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall maintenance of the building and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Lead and manage engineering operations and maintenance teams; coordinate with vendors.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize PM programs; manage capex and operating budgets.
• Ensure safety and security for guests and associates; uphold hotel policies and SOPs.
• Oversee hotel renovations, major projects, and vendor management; maintain records.
