Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, general and emergency maintenance promptly.
• Manage maintenance expenses including labor and supplies.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to meet brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
